How is payment made?


Payment is made to the registered owner either via a Westpac Bank cheque or direct transfer, as per the registration papers. If payment is to be made to another party, a signed statutory declaration from the registered owner is required.

How quickly is payment made?


Payment can be made as soon as the appropriate documentation is received. We understand that swift payment is of the utmost importance.

How is the car transported?


Once payment has been made and is confirmed, we will forward the pickup location to one of our professional vehicle carriers to collect at a time and place of your convenience.

What is required for payment?


To process payment via bank cheque, we require proof of ownership in the form of a copy of the registration papers and some form of photo identification. To process payment for EFT/Direct transfer, the same will be required with the addition of a bank slip showing the name, bsb and account number of the registered owner.

What happens if my car is under finance?


In the case that your car is under finance, we would require a valid payout letter to make payment to the finance company. If the amount owing on your vehicle is less than the agreed price, split payment would be made: one payment for the amount owing on finance with the other for the remainder to the registered owner. If the amount owing is more than the agreed price, we would require a receipt showing payment down to the agreed price before we are able to proceed.
